How to Plan a Spa Party
Planning a spa party is really simple. Here’s what you do:
- After you decide that you are in need of some fun and relaxation, invite that special group of friends to join you for an unforgettable spa experience.
- Choose a contact person. This person works with the spa coordinator. Working with one person minimizes confusion.
- Select a Date and time. Contact your chosen guest(s) and agree upon a date and time. Try to plan a minimum of three weeks ahead. It’s also good to agree upon a 2nd date if possible, just in case your first choice is not available.
- Make a Reservation. Complete the Spa Party Request Form and fax it to the spa. This form can be downloaded from our website or we can fax it to you.
- Select Your Services. After your date and time has been approved, it’s then time to pick the services that you would like to indulge in. Complete the Spa Services Form which is also downloadable.
- Coordinate Lunch/Dinner and Spa Party Gifts. Now it’s time to put the icing on the cake. Our diligent spa coordinator will call to confirm your choices, answer any questions that you may have, and discuss any special requests including lunch/dinner caterings, cocktails, and spa party gift bags.
- Once everything is just the way you like it, our spa coordinator will fax or email a complete itinerary to the leader.
- Review itinerary. The leader should review the itinerary with all party guests and then work with the spa coordinator to make any adjustments.
- Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, you must return a completed Spa Acknowledgement Form which is also available for downloading. To ensure utterly satisfaction on your special day, no changes can be made to the itinerary after this form has been received.
- Pay Deposit. Upon completing the Spa Acknowledgement Form, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due. No services are secured until after this deposit is received. Deposits must be paid two weeks prior to party date.
- Three days prior to your day, our spa coordinator will give you a courtesy call to confirm your party and cover lunch/dinner requests.
- On the Day of your party:

The Deposit fee is deducted from your balance, on the day of your party. Our Spa Parties are customized for each group, planned to cater to exactly what you have in mind.
Via will always provide herbal tea, filtered water and cookies. Depending on the number of guests and treatments, we will provide complimentary Fruit and cheese tray.
You are more than welcome to bring food, cake, alcohol, games or presents.
